What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Is CITYLUXE an automated hotel?

Yes. CITYLUXE is a self-service hotel. You check in online before you arrive, and your room opens with a personal PIN code that we send you by email, so there is no waiting. Our team answers the phone and email from 09:00 to 21:00.

How does online check-in work?

Before you arrive we email you a secure check-in link. Once you complete the online registration, your personal room PIN is sent to you by email. You need to complete it before you arrive to get your PIN.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, on request and 24 hours a day. Send us your flight details and we will arrange it and confirm the price.

Yes, on request, from 9:00 to 17:00. Ask our team for the price.

No, breakfast is not included in the room rate.
