1. About these terms

This website is run by CITYLUXE E.E., the company that operates CITYLUXE Suites & Rooms, 6 Kaplanon Street, Kolonaki, Athens 106 80, Greece. Tax number (ΑΦΜ): 802233296. GEMI number: 172648103000. Tourism registration number (ΜΗΤΕ): 1335289. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. Information on this website

We describe our rooms, suites and services in good faith. Details such as sizes, furnishings, services and opening times can change, and photos are illustrative: rooms of the same type can differ slightly in layout and furnishing. Rates and availability are those shown in the booking engine when you book.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made on our official booking engine, run by WebHotelier. The booking contract is concluded there, under its terms and the hotel's booking conditions, including payment, cancellation, check-in and check-out. The total price shown in the engine includes taxes and mandatory charges, except any local charge shown as payable at the hotel, such as the climate resilience fee.

Accommodation is booked for specific dates, so the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to many distance contracts does not apply to it (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)). The cancellation conditions shown when you book apply instead.

4. Self-service check-in

CITYLUXE is an automated, self-service hotel. Before you arrive we email you a link to check in online and to complete the guest registration that Greek law requires. Your room then opens with a personal PIN code that we send you by email. Please complete online check-in before you arrive, keep your PIN private and do not share it with anyone who is not staying with you. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Our team answers the phone and email from 09:00 to 21:00. For emergencies only, you can call +30 697 481 4766; for a medical, fire or police emergency, call 112 first.

5. Photos, videos, texts and logo

The photos, texts and logo on this website belong to CITYLUXE Suites & Rooms unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission. The decorative background videos are illustrative and do not show the hotel or its rooms. The airport transfer and laundry images are AI-generated illustrations.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, such as the booking engine, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and Tripadvisor. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, copy it in bulk, access it by automated means in a way that harms it, or make false or speculative bookings.

8. Our liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the information here, by the website being unavailable or by other websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

If something is wrong, please write to reservations@cityluxe.gr first and we will do our best to put it right. Consumers can also turn to the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the day it is published.
